These are some holiday snaps of my grandparents they recently took on holiday in Italy. I love the imagery and think they would be a great start for some new designs maybe? I'm not sure what I would like to start drawing but I am definitely missing it at the moment!

Things have got very busy again!
Things have got very busy again! This is me when I managed a little free time to have a socialise with some friends at newcastle. I don't really know what I'm doing with this scarf on my head but I think I look quite vintage. Today everyone was back at uni with degree show meetings, new designers meetings, and painting the boards. This was very hard work and the boards were huge! Paint also seemed to go everywhere! Was nice to see everyone again.

Sponsored Walk

These are some photo's my friend Tara took of me and Anni setting off on our sponsored walk. We wasn't sure whether to, but to make it more fun we decided to do it three legged! This was very tricky, especially to cross roads as Anni tried to run with her leg attached to me. The money we was raising was for out trip to Africa in July. Please help us if you can by donating anything on the site below :)

New Designers.... Never Been Happier!

Friday came and I was sat waiting for a very important email. And at 15.37pm it arrived! I have been selected for New Designers in London! I am so pleased this is what I have been working towards this year! I've never been happier! Also a big well done to the others who have been selected there is 14 of us in total who will be at the college stand! These are some photo's I found I had taken in first year which seemed a long time ago now. Not long and I will be there myself :)

Product Visualisation.

These are a couple of images I did for my product visualisation. I think they work quite well, with the white and cream bases the colours in my print really stand out. Yesterday I hung some of my three metre lengths in my window as we have a really tall ceiling. It made me feel really proud to see them and the light hitting the fabric really emphasised the print.
FMP Done!

Today has been strange, this morning was the hand in of our Final Major Project. I can't believe its over. I love printing and drawing and feel abit lost without my work. Hopefully after a little rest I would like to start researching some new ideas. I am really pleased with my FMP and how its looks, I've tried so hard and hopefully it will pay off.
