Feeling VERY Inspired!

This week I have been in Hartlepool and at CCAD! and oh boy! Seeing the print rooms busy and everyone screen printing has definitely given me the screen printing bug! So, I got up early today and decided with my jungle print from second year I would love to take it into repeat. 

The paint on my old Koda trace has all pealed off as its been so long and looks rather messy! So I have started from scratch and produced a new cut-through. I am currently doing the koda trace... think I'm going to be here a while. Good job I find the relaxing!

A Stockist in Bridlington for My Totes....

I am pleased to announce I have a stockist in Bridlington! It is such a beautiful shop called "Behind The Times" located on Bridge Street. The shop has only been open for 6 weeks but immediately caught my eye and I've already had to buy something for myself! I think it is definitely what Bridlington needs, especially because it's so different. I am very happy they have allowed me to stock my totes there. Here is some photographs I took when I was in on Friday.

Experimentation with Photoshop!

Hello! Hope everyone had a sunny day as we did in Bridlington! Over the weekend I've been having a go on photoshop. My preferred method of designing is by hand but I do know the basics of photoshop so had some time experimenting with my imagery for some possible postcard/greeting card designs. Think they need ALOT more work though so I'm going to continue practicing.

My Inspiration for the Day!

If you know me you know I love drawing birds! So I was very inspired and excited when I saw what my little sister was wearing today! This top is from AllSaints which she got at the fab price of £30 in the sale! I love the raven print and how it has a similar hand draw quality which I try capture with my drawings. It has now put me in the mood to get drawing so this is what I intend to do this evening! I'll keep you posted.

Beat the Weather With Knitting Club @ The Waterfront!

This is what it looked like outside! but inside it was getting very creative and YUMMY!

Last night I went to the new knitting club at The Waterfront Coffee Lounge, Bridlington! I haven't done knitting for such a long time, possibly years and it was great to get my needles and wool out!

The club is going to be every fortnight starting at 6pm. Its a great way to catch up whilst learning a new hobby and getting crafty (and eating cake) .
