Print Club at CCAD 14th May 2012!

 At todays print club I have gone back to a technique I tried with some of my samples in third year. Using four of my dyes I have painted onto a wet screen then allowed it to dry. Then on some heavy cotton I have used manutex to pull the colour threw. Below is the results! I am very pleased. I think the green has dispersed more in areas so this is something I will work with my next one. I am hope to put these into frames in which people can use as wall art.

Been experimenting doing some screen printing with my imagery for Professional Practice, I am rather pleased with the results and think what I have done so far is quite professional!

Hello April!

April already and time is moving very very fast! Ohhh and we break up for easter on friday and I'm worried I will forget something important! Eeek! This photograph shows me sampling for my 5th design in which I am going to print all the finals after Easter. Bit scary but exciting!

Sampling!

These are some of my sampling for one of my designs. It was inspired to have a baroque feel and to look like it would be part of a wall with the mirror image in its centre. I have really loved sampling with this design, especially with the flock!
