Some Beautiful Pictures of Bridlington on Instagram by Lynne Morelli

Over the last year, one app which has become increasingly popular is the photo editing app- Instagram. I love to use it myself and like other networking sites it is a great way to share your favourite moments in pictures with others. One person whose work I have become a huge fan of is the work of Lynne Morelli.
Lynne has traveled all around the country taking beautiful landscape shots of the sights around her. I was very happy to notice these familiar shots of Bridlington in some of her latest posts.

I love Lynne's use of contrasting colours; the blue bright sky in contrast to the dirty north east sea water. It simply looks beautiful. They definitely make Bridlington shine as a seaside town.

Pretty Snow Pictures!

We have all mainly had a lot of snow recently in the UK. So I thought today I would share some of my favourite snow pics from this year and last year.

This time last year I was on a work placement at Christopher Farr, London. So I was lucky enough to experience the snow in London. Hyde park was absolutely stunning! Here are a few photo's I took whilst exploring. It felt like Narnia, very enchanting.

This year I have experienced the snow at home. Again, it was just as lovely. Being cosy at home with the family and new addition Dylan!

We had lots of fun in the snow. We live next door to the lovely countryside. The fields were covered in fresh snow waiting for us to come and play in. Dylan seemed to enjoy it, although it was very deep for him. I wonder if thats all the snow we will get for this year?

From North to South

I spent last weekend in Hartlepool for another hen do of this very busy wedding season! On sunday I got up bright and early to explore some beautiful places on my way home. I began at Durham! The weather wasn't the brightest but the Cathedral looked as amazing as it should!

I think Durham is such a beautiful place. It's cobbled streets and cathedral remind me hugely of York which I used to visit regularly as a child.

Next we headed to Thirsk, by here the weather had began to brighten. In Thirsk was a fantastic food fair. There were many different stalls selling a variety of foods, the smell was fantastic! Although the choice of what to eat was hard.

We then continued on our way home, we next stopped at Sutton Bank. I never realised there was a place to stop at the top of the bank so it was a nice surprise to see lots of families enjoying the activities.
These next few photo's show various historic re-anactments which were taking place to enlighten children to mark the start of the school holidays. It was wonderful to see face painting, jewellery making, a story teller. I know if I was little again I would of loved this!

The Beautiful View From the Top of Sutton Bank.

Finally our last stop before home was at Helmsley. This is such a beautiful place, loads of lovely little shops and places to eat. The abbey made such a lovely photo with the clouds behind. I love exploring and travelling. I hope to continue to share my sights with you over the summer.
